Comp/Coop
With our conversation in class I understand the importance of competition, but with cooperation involed I understand why I liked team sports a lot more than single sports. I also understand why many people may fear competition for the fear of being a loser. Since competition is also in education many may take it to far, so that can make it scary. Still I do not think anyone should take the own life because they could not compete with another person in a grade standing. I feel that both of them work so good together, such as the kids shooting the freethrows that shows the beauty of them both, but with beauty there is always an another side we see as ugly(except for God) so there will forever be mixed emotions on this. I say be your own person and whatever drives you to succeed ride that to finish your goals.

Straight Skills
What is your favorite thing to do outside of school?
I love to play video games, watch movies, go to church, pray, fast, worship, and praise, also play sports.
What is your favorite class and explain why it is your favorite?
I would have to say game design because that is what I want to do.
What are you good at doing in New Media?
I really haven't found a strength yet, but at the end I want to be strong in all sections.
What are you good at doing outside of New Media?
I really don't know I love to listen to music and draw so I guess that.
What is your favorite area of New Media (you don't have to be good at it, but you have to like whatever you talk about for this one?)
Game Design
Do you prefer to work independently or in a group? Please explain why.
I would like to work in a group because that is were you generally generate more ideas and come up with a more sturdy project.
What New Media classes have you had?
I have had a lot I honestly don't remember them all I just have done games, photoshop, HTML, 3-D Maya, and a little more.
In a group project explain what you usually end up doing.
I try to get everyone involved with ideas, and work off of the energy that we create as a team because everyone feels apart of a real team.
In a perfect group what would you like to end up working on? (i.e. hands-on work, research, presentation, web development, planning, etc.)
A game that stuns the world like Mario.
What is your opinion of group work? Please explain why.
Everyone comes together to accoplish a goal that is given, and I say this because everyone needs to be involved to be considered a group or we are all just individual with an idea.
How do you think other people would describe you?
I don't know asswhole maybe lol no im playing, but generally a joyful person that puts his heart into things, and a person that doesn't stop until the task is done, a person that can motivate someone, but maybe I should ask them cause these are some of the things I see myself as.
How would you describe yourself?
Joyful, thankful, saint/sinner
What do you do when a group project goes bad?
Try to find out what went wrong and try to pull the weight up so the goal does not fall down, think of a spotter.
What is civic engagement in your opinion?
I don't know
What experience have you had working with community partners, either on your own, through school, church, or in any other capacity?
I have worked in plenty of school projects, curch, and Center for Leadership Development.
What do you know about Keep Indianapolis Beautiful (KIB?)
Nothing sorry.
How do you think New Media (the program and all its resources) could help the community in general, and KIB in particular?
I don't know maybe generate ideas, because people in new media tend to be very creative.
How could YOU help the community, and KIB, particularly in terms of New Media?
Just be me that is all I can do just reach my hand out and see I they do the same.

Comp for an A
The day we had the execise in class for the A was great. This was indeed a challenge even though fun was involved, because we could see all sides of people. Some were selfless and some just loved the the challenge for the A. I stepped out of the challenge because I would like to earn it during class projects that made me feel as if my mind was challenged, and through that I made accomplishments that I can look at myself and be pleased. Still this was fun, because we still came together and worked well as a group, and at the end of the day that is what we needed to come together for a common goal and finish it no matter if there was only one A given out we really all deserved one because of the effort put in by everyone.

Prisoners Dilemma
So this basically means if you are in trouble with something, and you are already going to be in trouble you can rat out whoever they are looking for for less time or rat to get less. During the exercise we had to choose who gets the A and there was only one who could get it. This was easy for me because I would never want to have it just given because I would feel like it was mine. Lets just say the A is already given at the beginning, and for me to obtain it at the end means that I earned it and nobody can take that from. So with that I pulled myself from the contest, but the way this worked out gave it a challenge so you can say they earned it, if they are fine with that but they did not learn. So with this I will always back away unless it is life threatining.
people challenge me
For this post I am listing people that I would have a litte trouble working with, but none the less I would make it work because everyone can work together. So for this I will list these three people, and I don't want to offend anyone so I barely looked and picked. Sorry Beth, but I have to do that because I think that I can work with everyone because that is the way I am. I do not want to think failure at first, I think everything will work out for the good. So with that said first person is mindless jibber jabber, and this is because in one part you said you manage the group I have a problem with authority. With that I would like everyone to be a strong link and not just one over all. Second would be Allison because in one part she sad that she had to play bad cop because she had to get people moving. I understand having to get people going, but I would have a bad reaction to it. Pause I hate doing this because I feel like I'm singling out people and thats not right to do, but last but not least is Astr8r because he just seems like he has not opened up on here and makes me wonder if he will give input when in groups.
