When is something considered art? I look at this picture and I begin to ask myself the same question. I really wonder what this person is still standing at this canvas still. Really if that is art then they trully miss the concept of art they may be the first to be lazy, and do this but really why? Art should express something that would be recognized as a peice of art. If this is considered a good design then people can just do anything and call it art. Some things should be considered complete art works, and some should be considered sketches of art that is still incomplete such as these hanging on the wall. Still art has changed since back in the past people tend to be creatinve, but something is missing from the art now in the future. Maybe this has become like this because we are now living in a digital age. Thus this design is a poor example of art, and should not be considered as such.
